Additional information on Sweden’s 23rd National Report
on the Implementation of the European Social Charter

The Swedish Institute for Human Rights has submitted a supplementary report to the European Committee of Social Rights as part of the review of Sweden's implementation of the Revised European Social Charter.
The report finds that Sweden has, in many respects, a well-functioning system with high collective bargaining coverage and strong social partners. At the same time, we identify several areas where the protection of human rights in working life needs to be strengthened.
